Ella graduated with a First in Law from the University of Birmingham and qualified as a solicitor in September 2025, at a firm in Oxfordshire where she was able to spend the majority of her training contract in the family law department. She joined Turner Nicholson shortly afterwards, in January 2026.

As part of the Turner Nicholson team based in Banbury, Ella assists with all aspects of family law including finances on separation and divorce, and private children law matters. She has experience of cases in court proceedings and is familiar with out-of-court dispute resolution options.

Ella is a cost effective member of the team and she aims to support colleagues and provide clear advice and guidance that is tailored to each client’s needs, to assist them in achieving the best possible outcome.

Outside of work, Ella enjoys walking and exploring the countryside, and spending time with her family and friends.
